Painted from life, kept close to home.
Ellie works from her studio, making original paintings, prints and commissioned pieces that sit somewhere between landscape and memory. The work is observational, a little weathered, and made to live with — on kitchen walls, in hallways, above a chair you actually sit in.
A practice rooted in looking closely: meadows, coast paths, rooms filled with morning light, and the quiet objects of ordinary days.
